1. Who we are

Vaultly (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells digital gift card codes for third-party brands and services. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Digital products only

Every product on Vaultly is a digital gift card code. No physical item is shipped. Codes are delivered electronically — see our Digital Delivery Policy for how and when.

3. Your responsibility before payment

• You are responsible for selecting the correct product, region/country, and currency before paying.
• Gift cards are often region-locked — a code intended for one country’s store may not work in another.
• Codes are single-use. Once redeemed, they cannot be reused or reversed.

4. Pricing and currency

Gift cards are sold at their face value. When you pay in a currency different from a card’s original denomination, the face value is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout. The amount actually charged is confirmed before you complete payment.

5. Order fulfilment

Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. Codes are then delivered by email and made available on your order confirmation page, either automatically or after manual review, typically within 24 hours.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.

7. Payment processing

Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure hosted page. Vaultly does not collect or store your card details.
